I didn’t always have it together. There were years when the laundry pile felt endless, dinner was always running late, and “me time” felt like something that belonged to someone else. Sound familiar?
Over the years, through trial, error, and plenty of cups of tea, I discovered simple ways to make everyday life feel a little less overwhelming. Not perfect routines. Not unrealistic productivity hacks. Just practical, real-life approaches that helped me bring more calm, balance, and breathing room into my days.
